Call For Proposals

We strongly believe in working on papers in your academic career, this is why there are many opportunities for writing proposals and papers at the Dublin City University. If you are interested in the future Call for Proposals and Call for papers, you can follow this page for more information. Here you will be able to find everything you need to know about writing a quality paper and proposal. Also, we hope that you send us your paper in time, because each Call For Proposals has a deadline which is fixed and must be met mainly due to reasons of organization and publication. We honestly hope that all our students and professors are motivated for sending us new proposals and papers and we truly appreciate your contribution to science. Make sure you also respect the form of writing proposals and papers, which will be further explained in a separate file.

Call For Papers

booksThe Call for Papers is now open. We will be accepted proposal submissions until 9th March 2016. To submit a proposal you need to log in at the top right of the website.

If you are new to EECERA, you will need to create a ‘New User’ account and then sign in to submit your proposal. If you already have an account with us, simply sign in and continue to ‘My Accounts’ to complete your proposal.

Participants are invited to send proposals that correspond to the conference theme and strands. The theme of the 2016 conference is ‘Happiness, Relationships, Emotion & Deep Level Learning’ and focuses on exploring the links between the cognitive and the socio-emotional aspects of early childhood development.

A proposal can be submitted for:

Individual Paper Presentation

30 minutes including discussion. Individual papers will be grouped into larger thematic symposia.

Self-Organised Symposium

Groups may propose to organise three papers and a moderator around one common theme as a full session of 90 minutes including discussion. For self-organised symposia, please submit one abstract per paper.

Poster Presentation

Selected posters will be displayed and sessions will be set up for conference participants to interact with poster presenters.
